Briefly describe the duties of this job.

Technician is preferred to have experience in the performance of adult sleep related breathing disorder procedures.  A registered polysomnographic technician is preferred, but an individual possessing a license in Respiratory Therapy or Nursing with expressed interest in the field of sleep medicine would be considered. 

The successful candidate will conduct data collection in a soon-to-be renovated and expanded 4-bed sleep facility.

Patients served may range from age five through adult.  Candidate will work directly with a Diplomat of Sleep Medicine physician in the laboratory and clinic settings.  Position requires well-developed critical thinking and time management skills.

Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or will consider a registry-eligible polysomnography technician or RRT with a minimum of one year of experience performing polysomnography recordings will be given preference.  Prefer experience as RPSGT or will consider RRT or CRT with experience as a Sleep Tech.
