Briefly describe the duties of this job.

Join our Resource Team and bring your experience to a variety of areas where they are needed most.  Resource Team members will be a valuable resource for MLMH, supplementing units where patient volume and / or acuity is higher than predicted.  Team members are cross-trained to staff a variety of areas, increasing their skills and expertise in nursing.  They are required to obtain and maintain core competencies for nursing and unit-specific competencies, as well as specific skill sets and certifications in ICU/PCU, Medical Surgical Unit, OB, Nursery, Pediatrics, and Sub Acute.  Optional areas include Behavioral Services, Emergency Department and Outpatient Infusion. 

A minimum of one year previous hospital-based experience in REQUIRED to be considered for this position.  Resource Team members will work 12-hour shifts.
